JEE Main 2018 Result, Cut-Offs, Admission

JEE Main 2018 result will be declared as earlier in the month of April 2018.Students can see their result on Official Website for Main Paper in JEE. While the result of Main Paper II will be announced in the month of May.

JEE Main 2018 Result

Official Bodies have announced that JEE Main 2018 Result for Paper I will be declared on April 30, 2018, while Paper II Result will be declared on May 31, 2018.

Note: You should download multiple copies of mark sheet for future use.

How to see your JEE Main 2018 Result:

Enter your roll no provided by the JEE while giving admit card and also enter your date of birth as mentioned in matriculation certificate on the result page. 

Once JEE announces result CBSE releases it’s All India Merit List.

JEE will provide normalize marks to each candidate appeared for JEE exam. It is worthwhile to mention that CBSE has announced that they will consider 12th Board Marks while normalizing this scorecard.

JEE Main cut off will always be prepared on the basis of this normalized scorecard.

  • Visit the official website
  • At the top of the page, go to Main Result Section.
  • Fill all the necessary details in the form.
  • Submit all the details to get your result.
  • You can save and download your result.
  • You should download and keep several copies for future reference.
  • You have to submit the admission application along with the valid JEE Main 2018 Result scorecard and stipulated counseling fee through the JEE main official website to be considered for taking admission.

Establishment of Marks in JEE Main 2018 Result

  • Normalization of Marks will be done Without considering the Class XII marks.
  • Candidates having 75% marks in Class XII will qualify for JEE Advanced ( while 65% for reserved categories).
  • Candidates enlisted top 20 percentile in their state board will also qualify for JEE Main Counselling.
  • Normalization of marks is calculated with the number of candidates in the group with cumulative marks less than the candidate divided by the total number of candidates and multiplied by 100.
